What a fun morning for us. Our little Iris had her first hoof trim, and she did wonderfully. It is so exciting to me to see a completely wild animal- which is what foals are- learning to be domesticated. Instead of freaking out, bucking, flipping herself over, she just stood quietly and patiently. Hurray for natural horsemanship!
